For the fastest investigation, sign in and use Send feedback. Your report can then be connected to the relevant account and page without placing private account details in a public message.
Account or privacy help
If you cannot sign in, have a privacy request or believe your account is compromised, contact wyrmwisesupport@gmail.com. Never send a password, API key, payment-card number or full screenshot containing unrelated personal information.
Deleting your account
Signed-in users can request permanent deletion from the Access page. The account remains available while Wyrmwise checks and cancels any linked subscription before deleting the sign-in and account-owned records.
Recommendation questions
Include the army number, confirmed roster state and the part of the explanation you think is wrong. Wyrmwise will not treat an unverified game claim as confirmed evidence without a reviewable source.
Response times
Wyrmwise is independently operated and does not currently promise round-the-clock support. Security, payment and account-access reports are prioritised over general feature requests.
