Undermine

Undermine can reduce enemy Physical damage dealt, lasting longer against Burn. It deals Fire damage to three enemies on rounds 1 and 3, then Tactical damage to a same-lane enemy on rounds 5, 7 and 9. The reviewed interpretation resolves a conflicting source heading in favour of damage dealt suppression.

From Dragon Level 16 in Vanguard, raises personal Strength, Intelligence and Instinct and reduces damage received by the right-flank ally.
